The Six Score

How the score works

One number, 0 to 1000, built only from results we've verified on video.

What it is

Your Six Score spans the six axes of fitness. Each axis is built from the exercises you've had verified, and the six axes combine into a single score from 0 to 1000. Higher means more complete, well-rounded fitness.

Only verified results count toward the score (currently 44 verified exercises to choose from). Anything you log yourself, without proof, is tracked for you privately but never feeds your public Six Score.

How a result gets verified

● Verified in <48hrs.
1

Film it

Record the attempt against the exercise's protocol card: angle, depth, continuous set.

2

Upload

Submit the clip on the exercise page, with the number you're claiming.

3

Review

A verification model measures the attempt; a human checks anything uncertain.

4

It counts

Accepted results land on your profile and feed your score, usually within 48 hours.

The important part

It's a living benchmark, not a fixed grade

The Six Score is relative. You're measured against the verified community, the same way a credit score reflects you against a population, not a fixed pass/fail line. We also compare you within your own gender, so a result is judged against a fair peer group.

Because it's relative, your score can shift even when your performance hasn't. That happens as more athletes get verified, as the benchmarks sharpen, and as we keep improving the model's accuracy. That's by design. A score that never moved would just be measuring a smaller, blurrier picture.

The ladder

Seven named tiers, denser at the top: past Elite every rung is a 25-point climb. Your tier follows your score automatically.

Apex 975-1000
World-Class 925-974
Elite 800-924
Advanced 650-799
Intermediate 500-649
Novice 300-499
Foundation 0-299

One axis can lead

87 SPEED

Plenty of athletes are specialists: a sprinter, a powerlifter, a runner. If your verified work lives on one axis, your profile leads with that axis's gauge and its 0-100 score instead of a mostly-empty hex. The needle is your standing on that axis against the verified community.

It's automatic, and it's yours to control: the Highlight score setting in profile settings pins the Six Score or any axis you've verified as your lead. Scoring never changes, only what fronts your profile. Verify all six axes and the full Six Score unlocks alongside it.

A growing community

Your standing is measured against everyone who's verified. As that pool grows, the picture gets more accurate, and your relative position can move with it.

Recent results count most

The score reflects where you are now. Results gradually age out, so staying active keeps your number current rather than coasting on a single old peak.

We're always refining it

Especially early on, we're actively tuning how the score is calibrated to make it fairer and more accurate. We won't publish the recipe, but we'll always keep the intent the same: reward real, well-rounded fitness.

Common questions

Can my score go down?

Yes. Results age out over time, and your standing shifts as the verified community grows. That's what makes it an honest signal of where you are now, not a trophy for where you once were.

Is my video public?

No. Videos are used for verification and moderation only; they never appear on your profile. Only the verified result does.

Is my profile public?

Your choice. A profile can be public, visible only to your groups, or fully private, and even a public one can hide its age cohort, city, and stats tabs. Only public profiles appear on leaderboards.

What counts as proof for races?

A link to your row on the organizer's published results page for a chip-timed race, with a name, age, and location that match your profile.

How often can I re-verify?

As often as you like. Your best fresh result feeds each axis, and every verification lands in your history so your progression is visible.

What isn't it?

Not medical advice, and not a permanent certificate. Treat it the way you'd treat a credit score: a useful, evolving signal you can move in the right direction over time.
